Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication; deadline-driven.
• Ability to train new employees and work under pressure.
• Flawless data entry in Salesforce.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and maintain a welcoming office environment.
• Onboard new clients, ensure accurate paperwork, and transfer funds.
• Manage client relationships and coordinate service requests.
• Prepare materials for client meetings and reviews.
• Know WEG products, guidelines, and sales model.
• Support advisor team operations and process improvements.
