Job summary

Wealth Enhancement Group in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Client Service Manager to provide personalized client support and help clients navigate their financial goals while building trust and long-term relationships. This on-site role requires strong communication, client onboarding, and collaboration with Advisors and Operations.

The base salary ranges from $55,000 to $75,000, exclusive of bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years in wealth management or financial services preferred.
• FINRA 7/66-63/65 a plus but not required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to train others.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients and ensure accurate paperwork and setup.
• Maintain CRM databases and client files; manage transfers and asset records.
• Support client relationship management and liaise with advisors and vendors.
• Prepare materials for client meetings and reviews; assist with tax reviews (1099s).
• Demonstrate knowledge of products and the firm’s sales model.
