Job summary

Red Light Method Hendersonville is seeking positive, health-conscious individuals to serve our members. We want our clients to love coming in, be encouraged while there, and look forward to their next visit.

As a member of our team you will assist with membership sales, educate prospects on the benefits of red light therapy, provide outstanding customer service, and help maintain a clean, welcoming studio. Training will occur after hire with dates in July and August.

Qualifications

• Must enjoy helping others and provide excellent customer service.
• Able to educate members on red light therapy benefits.
• Comfortable with members in various states of undress during treatment.
• Willing to work opening/closing shifts and weekends.

Availability

Availability includes opening or closing shifts. Open as early as 6 a.m. and close by 7 p.m. with a mid-shift change. Weekends are required at minimum two days a month.

Training and onboarding

Our studio is currently under construction with an opening date coming soon. Training will start upon hire; mandatory in-person training dates are during July 26–August 5 (not every day) and August 8 (required).

Compensation

Starting pay $17/hour with commission opportunities + medical benefits for full-time.
