Job summary

Ameriprise Financial is seeking a detail-oriented professional to join Glades Wealth Partners. You will coordinate client meeting preparation, manage service requests from start to finish, and maintain CRM records to support a high-quality client experience.

You will evaluate new technology tools and pilot programs, help with marketing campaigns and training, and identify practical solutions to improve workflows while collaborating across teams in a hybrid, office-based setting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 2+ years of professional experience.
  • Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft 365.
  • Preferred: Salesforce experience; Canva or marketing experience; Microsoft Copilot Premium or Claude experience.

What You’ll Do

What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of professional experience
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Confidence learning new technology, evaluating how it fits the practice, and helping others adopt it
