Client Experience Partner
Position Summary
The Client Experience Partner is the heart of our office. As the first point of contact for agents, clients, and guests, this role is responsible for creating an exceptional first impression while ensuring the office runs smoothly each day. This person is welcoming, proactive, organized, and enjoys helping others succeed.
This is not simply a front desk position. The Client Experience Partner serves as a key support partner to our agents and office leadership, assisting with daily operations, technology, administrative tasks, office events, and creating an outstanding experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Agent Experience
- Welcome clients, agents, and visitors with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
- Create a warm, inviting, and service-oriented office environment.
- Assist agents with day-to-day office needs and provide exceptional customer service.
- Build positive relationships with agents and anticipate their needs.
Office Operations
- Manage front desk operations and maintain an organized reception area.
- Receive, prepare, and ship incoming and outgoing packages and mail.
- Keep conference rooms, training rooms, and common areas organized and ready for daily use.
- Ensure office supplies, refreshments, and shared resources are fully stocked.
- Assist with general administrative tasks and daily office operations.
- Support the Office Manager with operational and administrative responsibilities.
Technology & Administrative Support
- Assist agents with CRM systems and basic technology-related questions.
- Help onboard new agents, including office setup, technology access, and workspace preparation.
- Provide basic support with printers, computers, scanners, Wi-Fi, QR codes, Google Business Profiles, and other office technology.
- Assist agents with administrative requests and technology tools that support their business.
- Coordinate office equipment setup and help troubleshoot basic technical issues when needed.
Meetings & Events
- Prepare conference rooms and training spaces for meetings and educational events.
- Assist with office meetings, workshops, celebrations, and company gatherings.
- Coordinate room setup, refreshments, materials, and cleanup.
- Help create an engaging and welcoming atmosphere for all office events.
Qualifications

- Comfortable multitasking and working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong computer skills and confidence learning new technology.
- Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and office technology.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic technology issues independently.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and proactive.
- Team player with a "how can I help?" attitude.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing needs throughout the day.
