Job summary

WebsterRogers Financial Advisors is seeking a Client Service Associate to support lead advisors by coordinating the administrative and operational work that keeps clients well cared for—from meeting support to CRM management and firmwide service initiatives.

This is a client-facing operations role, ideal for someone who's organized, proactive, and genuinely enjoys creating a great experience for clients and colleagues alike.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required or preferred.
• Prior client service or operations experience within a registered investment adviser or wealth-management firm preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attend client meetings to support advisors, document key points, and coordinate follow-up items.
• Prepare meeting notes, update the CRM, and monitor follow-up tasks.
• Create a welcoming in-person experience from greeting clients to refreshments.
• Coordinate new-client onboarding, including account paperwork and access setup.
• Support quarterly reviews and advisor materials.
• Maintain accurate client records across firm systems.
• Lead CRM data quality, workflows, and templates; support reporting.
• Assist with growth initiatives, including client events and communications.
