• Manage and maintain the client database with accuracy and consistency.
• Oversee client engagement, service tracking, and follow ups.
• Support client onboarding and ongoing service processes.
• Assist with scheduling, meeting preparation, and documentation.
• Execute daily, weekly, and monthly operational tasks.
• Support advisors by proactively removing operational friction.
• Plan events, client communication and operational tasks weeks and months in advance.
• Anticipate needs to prevent issues and improve workflows.
