Job summary

Pinnacle Retirement Advisors is seeking a Client Engagement Coordinator to enhance the onboarding and ongoing client experience. You will coordinate events, manage communications, and ensure every client feels welcomed and informed throughout their relationship with the firm.

This in-office role requires strong organization, proactive communication, and the ability to handle multiple projects with attention to detail. Hospitality, marketing, or high-touch service backgrounds fit well.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage a social media content calendar for client engagement.
• Develop posts, photos, short videos, graphics and other engaging content.
• Promote firm events and educational opportunities.
• Coordinate newsletters, emails, invitations and other client communications.
• Manage our automated email marketing and communication system.
• Maintain a consistent voice and brand across communications.
• Track engagement and identify content with strongest response.
