Qualifications

• Two years of professional office or client service experience.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to learn new technology and systems.
• Independent work with team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and guests; act as first face and voice of the firm.
• Coordinate client meetings: scheduling, invites, confirmations, follow-ups.
• Manage the firm's general email and respond to requests promptly.
• Maintain and update client files and information across systems.
• Support advisors with daily administrative tasks.
• Assist with client events and team gatherings.
