Job summary

Parallel Financial, backed by Fiduciary Alliance, is seeking a client-focused professional in Greenville, SC to elevate the client experience. You’ll be the primary contact for clients, coordinate visits, onboarding, custody changes, and paperwork with precision.

Work alongside advisors to boost engagement, keep CRM data pristine, and help manage risk and compliance. 3–5 years in client service and comfort with Salesforce and MS 365 are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of client service experience, ideally in financial services.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first approach.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365, CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
• Coordinate visits, prepare materials, and manage client paperwork with precision.
• Facilitate communication between clients, advisors, and custodians.
• Onboard new clients and handle account transfers or custodial changes per procedures.
• Monitor account activity and maintain CRM records accurately.
• Support compliance and risk management by following firm standards.
