NuVenture Financial Group in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a dedicated Client Experience Coordinator to be the main contact for clients and to serve as a liaison between clients, advisors, and internal teams. You will welcome new clients, coordinate meetings, and ensure a smooth onboarding from paperwork through account setup.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ years’ experience in client service, administrative support, financial industry or hospitality.
• Proficient with MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong relationship-building and organizational skills.
• Collaborative team player with ability to prioritize multiple requests.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Coordinate all aspects of client meetings including scheduling and materials.
• Support onboarding of new clients from paperwork to account setup.
• Maintain accurate client records in CRM and other platforms.
• Collaborate with advisors and internal teams to deliver high-quality service.
• Monitor outstanding service items and follow up.
• Assist with client communications such as reminders and updates.
• Support reporting and tracking of client service metrics.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the team.
