NuVenture Financial Group in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a motivated Financial Advisor to join our team. You will support clients' financial planning needs, handle inquiries, and keep daily operations running smoothly.

You’ll conduct in-depth reviews, deliver investment recommendations, lead client meetings, and ensure compliance with SEC and state requirements. Strong organization, communication, and integrity are essential; CFP/CFA bonus points.

Qualifications

• Series 65 or equivalent required.
• FL-215 license Life, Health, and Annuities required or willing to obtain within 30 days.
• 2+ years of financial advisory experience preferred.
• Experience processing confidential, detailed paperwork.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong integrity and ethical conduct with client confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth reviews of client accounts and maintain detailed client files.
• Manage daily client communications to ensure timely and effective service.
• Perform financial analyses, develop financial plans, and provide customized investment recommendations.
• Perform portfolio risk assessments and offer investment advice based on research.
• Research the marketplace and inform clients about products and services.
• Monitor and resolve service issues to ensure a high-quality client experience.
• Document all client interactions in Wealthbox CRM.
• Lead client meetings from start to finish and guide portfolio changes.
• Ensure adherence to SEC and state licensing requirements.
• Attend seminars and workshops to educate current and prospective clients.
