Job summary

International Association of Insurance Professionals (IAIP) is seeking a Client Manager in California to provide advanced technical support to Client Executive Service and perform Client Administrator duties for existing clients. You may act as Client Executive for assigned accounts to prepare for renewals and new business presentations.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 2–3 years of daily world-class client service, plus an unrestricted California Fire & Casualty Solicitors license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2–3 years of daily world-class client service.
• Valid unrestricted California Fire & Casualty Solicitors license.
• Advanced insurance designations preferred and willingness to pursue continuing education.

Responsibilities

• Continue duties of a Client Administrator and assist Client Executive in analyzing coverages and claims data.
• Prepare renewal specifications and rough draft proposals.
• Assist with the marketing of renewal business.
• Prepare experience modification projections using appropriate software.
• Review accuracy of experience modification calculations published by rating agencies.
• Review loss runs and claim status reports; prepare Loss Summaries and Large Loss Reports.
• Visit clients with Client Executive and support renewal preparation and presentations.
• Assist with collections of Accounts Receivable and participate in E&O Audits.
• Establish and maintain positive working relationships with Associates and clients.
