Job summary

HDR is seeking a Client Experience Director to lead the enterprise client experience program across HDR’s service lines. You will translate client insights into strategic action and foster a client-centered culture across business groups, operations, and marketing.

Responsibilities include stewarding the Client Feedback System, measuring NPS and loyalty, and guiding performance improvements while partnering with leaders to embed client-focused practices company-wide.

Qualifications

• 15+ years progressive experience in the A/E/C industry.
• BS degree strongly preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Experience leading large cross-functional strategic programs.
• Excellent written, verbal, and executive communication skills.
• Ability to translate client and market insights into improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead HDR's enterprise-wide client experience program and governance.
• Serve as enterprise advocate for Voice of the Client in decisions.
• Oversee client feedback initiatives, data analytics, and action planning.
• Develop standards, playbooks, and tools to advance CX capabilities.
