Client Experience & Front Office Coordinator
Schedule: Full-Time | In-Office
Our client, a growing and well-established financial services firm in the Henderson / Greater Las Vegas area, is seeking a personable, polished, and highly organized Client Experience & Front Office Coordinator to become an integral part of its team.
This person will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors and will play an important role in creating the welcoming, professional experience the firm is known for. At the same time, this is much more than a traditional receptionist position. You'll become a key resource for the entire office, helping coordinate day-to-day operations, supporting the firm's professionals, and learning how the different areas of the organization work together to serve clients.
For someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in keeping an office organized, and wants to build a career within a professional and relationship-driven environment, this is an excellent opportunity.
The ideal candidate is someone who is naturally warm, polished, proactive, and service-oriented. You enjoy interacting with people but are equally comfortable handling the behind-the-scenes administrative work necessary to keep an office organized.
We're particularly interested in someone who:
This is an opportunity to join a successful, growing financial services organization where client experience matters and the front-office professional plays an important role in the firm's success.
Rather than being limited to answering phones and greeting visitors, you'll have exposure to the broader business, interact with clients and senior professionals, participate in events, and learn how the firm's various departments work together.
For the right person, it's an opportunity to get your foot in the door of the wealth management industry, develop valuable professional experience, and grow alongside an established organization while becoming an important part of the client experience.
