Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a professional office setting.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; candidates without a degree must have 5+ years in a similar role.
• Life and Health licensing must be obtained within 90 days of employment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be organized and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and direct them to the appropriate contact.
• Identify marketing opportunities by running and managing reports in the client system.
• Manage Client Relationship Manager system and segment clients by opportunities.
• Schedule review meetings with lead advisors.
• Process client service requests and information updates.
• Maintain organized filing systems and assist with clerical tasks.
• Ensure coverage for the team through cross-training.
• Coordinate with clients and home office.
• Support team with special projects.
