Responsibilities

• Greet clients and manage check-in/check-out to ensure a high-quality experience.
• Answer and route calls; relay messages to stakeholders.
• Manage daily calendars and coordinate meetings, including logistics and hospitality.
• Coordinate client appreciation activities, gifts, and notable dates.
• Order and track office supplies; maintain clean, stocked reception areas.
• Perform general clerical duties (scanning, filing, data entry) and protect confidential information.
• Support ad hoc projects and cross-functional initiatives to improve front-of-house processes.
