Synergy Settlement Services Inc. in Orlando is seeking a Client Engagement Specialist to combine client service, intake, and case coordination.

You will engage with clients, open new cases, manage documentation, and coordinate with attorneys, insurers, and providers while delivering exceptional service. If you have 1+ year of customer-facing experience, excellent communication and organization, and a desire to grow, apply.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer-facing, intake, administrative, legal, healthcare, insurance, hospitality, retail management, or similar experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Talk with clients and partners by phone and email and provide exceptional service.
• Manage new client and case intake from beginning to end.
• Open new cases and maintain accurate information in our case management system.
• Send, track, and follow up on important documents.
• Communicate with attorneys, clients, insurance companies, healthcare providers, lienholders, government agencies, and internal teams.
