Job summary

Centier Bank is seeking a Universal Banker (Bank Teller) in Indiana to deliver exceptional service, open accounts, process deposits and payments, and guide clients through bank products and digital channels. You will support daily branch operations and contribute to a positive client experience.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent.
Banking experience is a plus, but not required.
Minimum of six months customer service/cash handling experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

Provide highest levels of quality service to clients in a friendly, professional manner.
Explain bank products and digital delivery channels to clients.
Perform basic teller transactions and balance cash drawers.
Assist in onboarding and outbound follow-up to identify sales opportunities.
Maintain accurate records and confidentiality in all client dealings.
