Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engage clients in lobby to educate and assist with self-service transactions.
• Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Build relationships to meet clients' financial needs.
• Follow established processes and guidelines to do what is right for clients and the bank.
• Grow knowledge by collaborating with experts in lending and investments.
• Manage center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls.
