Qualifications

• Experience in financial services or sales with a focus on client needs and relationships.
• At least 1 year of successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals.
• Six months of cash handling experience and familiarity with retail banking operations.

Responsibilities

• Engages clients in the lobby to educate and assist with self-service transactions (mobile/online/ATM).
• Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions for clients as needed.
• Develop deep conversations to understand financial priorities and connect clients to suitable solutions.
• Builds relationships with clients to meet financial needs and drive the client experience.
• Follow established processes, guidelines, and laws, while managing cash responsibilities and center traffic.
