Job summary

You will discuss clients' priorities, connect them with appropriate solutions, and work within risk and compliance guidelines while supporting a busy financial center.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Executes the bank's risk culture and strives for operational excellence.
• Builds relationships with clients to meet financial needs.
• Follows processes and guidelines to act in the best interest of clients and the bank, complying with laws and regulations.
• Grows business knowledge by partnering with small business, lending, and investments experts.
• Manages center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls.
• Drives the client experience.
• Manages cash responsibilities.

Education

High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
