Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Customer Service Associate to engage clients in the lobby, educate them on self-service options, and accurately process cash transactions as needed.

You will build relationships to meet financial needs, follow established processes and laws, and collaborate with experts in lending and investments to grow the client experience at our North Carolina financial center.
