Job summary

JOHN LEONARD is seeking a Client Experience Associate to support client engagement teams with executive-level assistance and high-quality service. The role combines project coordination, event planning, and administrative duties in a fast-paced advisory setting.

You will manage calendars, prepare client materials, and coordinate travel while upholding confidentiality and professionalism. This onsite position requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; 3+ years in executive support, C-level support, client service, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; client service focus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Salesforce, Zoom, Adobe.
  • Experience coordinating calendars, meetings, travel, and logistics.
  • Discretion handling confidential information; proactive problem-solving.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work as part of a team.
  • Event coordination experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, schedules, and work plans for client engagements.
  • Prepare and format client-facing presentations, confidential memoranda, agendas, and materials.
  • Arrange meeting logistics including off-site venues, catering, AV, and travel.
  • Provide exceptional client service and maintain professional communication and etiquette.
  • Maintain accurate Salesforce records and files (electronic and paper).
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Coordinate client closing activities and related documentation.
  • Support internal events, projects, and team initiatives.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines with strong attention to detail.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Identify needs proactively and act without extensive direction.
  • Support team with Office, Salesforce, Zoom, Adobe; travel to meetings.

Job description

Location: Portsmouth, NH | On-site 5 days/week

Salary Range: $65K-$70K | Bonus Eligible

Schedule: Full-time | Monday-Friday, 8:30-5:30 | ~20% travel expected

Required: Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in executive support, C-level support, client service, or a similar role

The Client Experience Associate will play an integral role in supporting client engagement teams and ensuring a seamless, high-quality client experience. This position combines executive support, client service, project coordination, event planning, technology, and administrative responsibilities.

Qualifications & Skills
  • 3+ years of experience in executive support, C-level support, client service, or a similar role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Experience with Salesforce, Zoom, Adobe, and other business technology platforms
  • Experience coordinating calendars, meetings, travel, and logistics
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent client service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Ability to anticipate needs, solve problems, and work proactively
  • Comfortable adapting to changing priorities and business needs
  • Strong judgment and confidence communicating ideas and recommendations
  • Collaborative approach and willingness to contribute to a team environment
  • Event coordination experience is a plus
