Job summary

CHANEL is seeking a Boutique Facilitator in the Miami Design District. You will support sales, assist with operations, and help provide the highest standards of service to clients. This multi‑functional role requires team collaboration, excellent communication, and a passion for CHANEL culture.

You will assist in shipments, inventory tasks, packaging, and cash handling while maintaining a welcoming client experience in-store. Flexibility for late nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related retail experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for client experience and brand.
• Foreign language skills are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and greet clients.
• Be the brand ambassador with ongoing sales and service support.
• Assist Operations with shipments, inventory counts, and re-ticketing.
• Support Fashion Advisors with packaging and in-store tasks.
• Open/close registers and assist with cash handling.
• Handle administrative calls to resolve client issues promptly.
