CHANEL Bal Harbour Boutique seeks a proactive Frontline Boutique Facilitator to enhance the client experience and support operations. You will assist sales staff, help with packaging, and participate in opening/closing registers as needed, ensuring smooth daily activity within the boutique.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related experience.
• Minimum High School Diploma.
• Able to lift 15 lbs. and flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service based on CHANEL's service mantra; greeting and hosting clients.
• Support Sales Associates and the boutique to maximize client-facing time.
• Assist with operations: shipments, inventory cycle counts, and daily re-ticketing.
