Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between client and Tax Advisor for a seamless experience.
• Educate clients on H&R Block services and digital tools.
• Assist clients with paying or electronically signing tax returns, guiding steps as needed.
• Handle all client information confidentially per policy and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with office staff to improve client experience and meet goals.
• Conduct follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.
