Job summary

Thomson Reuters is seeking a Small Government Associate Client Executive to manage a national portfolio, protecting revenue and driving incremental sales opportunities for accounts inside and outside renewal windows.

The role requires a proven sales process, strong communication, and the ability to forecast and close deals while partnering with AEs to develop territory strategies and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Job Description:

Small Government Associate Client Executives are an elite group of sales professionals dedicated to maximizing sales opportunities and protecting revenue across the Small Government segment. The Small Government Associate Client Executive dedicated to this role will manage a portfolio of existing customer accounts across the country and work to preserve revenue and maximize incremental sales opportunities for accounts both inside and outside the renewal window.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet monthly sales and renewal targets
  • Validate customer needs, shape product plans, and drive deals to close
  • Supports in developing and executing territory growth strategies in conjunction with partner AE
  • Effectively forecast sales weekly while maintaining a clean SFDC pipeline
  • Conduct demonstrations to introduce and position new products/solutions effectively
  • Proactively monitor upcoming anniversary customers and identify at-risk accounts (e.g., identifying key triggers for accounts, running analytics reports, following established mitigation plan, and driving success)
  • Secure long-term revenue by targeting multi-year contract goals
  • Leverage/complementdigitaltoolstodrivehighlyautomatedandscalableinteractionstosupportstretchedcoverage(e.g.,digitalQuarterlySuccessReview,auto-renewalcontracts,etc.)
  • Establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Communicate with and work with partners to resolve unique customer issues.

Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The target total cash compensation range varies across locations. For any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the target total cash compensation range for this role is $106,400 USD - $197,600 USD. Pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay and any target sales incentive are part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs. Target total cash compensation ranges are inclusive of both base pay and any target sales incentive.
