Job summary

Brown & Brown, Inc. in Sandy Springs, GA seeks an account team leader to provide product leadership and build strong client relationships while understanding client risk exposures.

You will oversee day-to-day processes in the client's insurance program cycle, analyze loss exposures, determine coverage needs, interpret actuarial data, and lead strategic insurance program efforts with the client.   • Required Bachelor's degree in Business and/or Risk Management.
  • 8-10 years of related insurance experience.
  • Must have or be able to obtain the appropriate state broker licenses.
  • Ability to establish work priorities and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure proper utilization of product group resources to benefit the client (actuarial, claims, loss control, etc.).
  • Attend required training sessions, courses, etc., to develop and maintain up-to-date skills and product knowledge.
  • Maintain an appropriate level of confidentiality regarding the information processed.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain appropriate state broker license.

Essential Duties and Functions

Qualifications
