TransUnion is seeking a Client Executive to own and grow strategic accounts in a remote role. You will manage day‑to‑day commercial relationships, develop account plans, forecast revenue, and coordinate across product, solutions, operations, pricing, and support.
You will build trust with client stakeholders, seek expansion opportunities, lead renewal discussions, and ensure a consistent client experience from discovery to post‑sale follow‑up. Travel 25%–50% may be required.
The Client Executive (CE) will report into a sales VP Industry Executive, and be responsible for managing and growing assigned client relationships, driving revenue through strategic account planning, disciplined sales execution, and strong coordination across TransUnion resources. The CE owns the day-to-day commercial relationship, understands client business issues, identifies growth opportunities, and ensures TU solutions deliver measurable value for clients. This is a remote position which may require occasional in‑person attendance at work‑related events at the discretion of management.
Own and execute account plans for assigned clients, including retention, growth, pipeline development, forecasting, and revenue delivery.
Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and serve as the primary commercial point of contact for day‑to‑day account activity.
Develop a clear understanding of each client’s business priorities, operational challenges, and growth objectives to position relevant TU solutions.
Coordinate internal resources across product, solutions consulting, operations, legal, pricing, implementation, and support teams to deliver a consistent client experience.
Manage opportunity progression from discovery through proposal, negotiation, contracting, implementation handoff, and post‑sale follow‑up.
Maintain accurate pipeline, account notes, forecasts, and key client activity updates in required sales systems.
Identify expansion opportunities by monitoring client usage, market signals, competitive activity, performance trends, and client feedback.
Prepare for and participate in client meetings, business reviews, renewal discussions, and key sales events.
Escalate client risks, service concerns, pricing issues, and product needs early to protect the relationship and keep execution moving forward.
Ability to manage assigned client relationships and execute account plans.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and follow‑up skills.
Proven ability to build trust‑based relationships with clients and internal partners.
Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to identify client needs and match them to practical solutions.
Experience managing pipeline, forecasting revenue, and progressing opportunities through a structured sales process.
Ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and communicate clearly on priorities, risks, and next steps.
Working knowledge of data, analytics, financial services, credit, risk, or fraud solutions.
Travel: 25% to 50% of the time, based on client needs.

The U.S. base salary range for this position is $92,250.00 - $153,750 annually. This position is eligible for both base pay and commission earnings. TransUnion commission targets are generally 20% – 50% of base salary and may vary based on position. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual’s education, training, work experience, job‑related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations.
