Phaidon International is seeking a Client Engineering Associate in Charlotte to support the analysis behind strategic decisions and planning for key accounts.

You’ll build reports and dashboards, work with senior stakeholders, and contribute to projects across the business.

0–2 years of analytics or consulting experience preferred; strong Excel and presentation skills required.

• 0 to 2 years of experience in consulting, corporate strategy or analytics, or a strong degree in a quantitative or business subject.
• Strong data and Excel skills, including working with large datasets.
• The ability to build a presentation that tells a clear story and lands a recommendation.
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders and asking good questions.
• Comfort with ambiguity and curiosity about how a business works as a whole.

Client Engineering Associate

About the role

Our Client Engineering team helps the business decide where to focus and how to grow our most important client relationships. As a Client Engineering Associate, you'll support the analysis behind those decisions, support planning for key accounts, and work on projects across the business. You'll work closely with the Head of Client Engineering and get early exposure to senior stakeholders and clients.
