Four Pretty Paws Mobile Pet Spa in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Scheduling & Engagement Specialist to help keep groomers’ calendars organized and clients’ experiences excellent.

You’ll coordinate appointments, optimize routes, and respond to inquiries via phone, text, and email, delivering a friendly, professional experience for every client and pet. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable with scheduling software, calendar management, and multiple communication

Four Pretty Paws Mobile Pet Spa is growing, and we’re looking for an energetic, dependable, detail-oriented individual to join our team.

Founded in 2018, Four Pretty Paws has grown from a single grooming van into a thriving mobile pet grooming company serving St. Louis, Southern Illinois, and Kansas City. We bring a premium grooming experience directly to our clients’ driveways, making life easier for pets and the people who love them.

We’re looking for someone who can help keep our groomers’ schedules running smoothly, coordinate appointments, maximize scheduling efficiency, and deliver an exceptional client experience.

What You’ll Do.

Scheduling & Route Coordination:

• Organize daily groomer schedules and optimize routes to minimize travel time and maximize efficiency.
• Proactively identify and fill appointment openings to keep our groomers’ schedules full and productive.
• Coordinate recurring grooming appointments to help clients maintain consistent schedules.
• Manage appointment changes, cancellations, and scheduling requests.
• Work closely with our grooming and operations teams to ensure schedules are accurate, efficient, and productive.
• Identify opportunities to improve scheduling processes and maximize available appointment capacity.

Client Engagement & Support:

• Assist clients with scheduling questions and appointment requests via phone, text, and email.
• Respond to client inquiries through our scheduling platform and social media channels, including Facebook and Instagram.
• Help new clients understand our services and coordinate appointments for their pets.
• Maintain accurate client and pet records, including vaccination documentation.
• Support other members of our client engagement team during busy periods.
• Deliver a friendly, professional, and helpful experience with every client interaction.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• At least one year of customer service, scheduling, dispatching, administrative support, or related experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable using computers, scheduling software, and digital communication tools.
• Experience coordinating appointments, optimizing routes, or scheduling field-service teams is a plus.
• Experience in home services, HVAC, plumbing, medical or veterinary scheduling, or similar appointment-based businesses is especially relevant.
• Must be available to work Saturdays as part of the regular weekly schedule.
• Must love dogs.
