As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a Client Engagement Sales Coordinator — someone who is passionate, people-focused, and driven to make a difference. About the Role This is not your typical sales job. Our Client Engagement Sales Specialist plays a critical role in guiding prospective clients through one of the most important decisions of their lives — protecting their family, their legacy, and their peace of mind. Compensation & Benefits Base salary: ~$60,000/year DOE Incentives: Generous performance-based bonuses Benefits include: • Paid time off • 401(k) with 3% employer match • Sales and professional development training • Free parking • Supportive, modern office environment Bonus structure includes on-target earnings commensurate with your performance Responsibilities: You’ll be responsible for: • Conducting initial consultations with potential clients (we provide all leads – no cold calling). • Communicating the value of our legal services with empathy and professionalism. • Managing follow-up with prospects who haven't yet retained us. • Supporting a smooth handoff to the legal team after the sale. • Tracking leads, conversion rates, and referral sources with accuracy. We offer comprehensive training — you don’t need a legal background, but you must have experience discussing high-value services and navigating complex conversations with empathy and maturity.
