Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in medical communications or pharma marketing.
• Experience with Datavision and familiarity with Veeva PromoMats or similar platforms preferred.
• Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• High attention to detail with a focus on quality, accuracy, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Support client communications and act as a secondary point of contact for assigned projects.
• Assist in managing publications and medical communications projects from initiation through completion.
• Develop and maintain project briefs, timelines, scopes of work, and related documentation.
• Coordinate activities across Scientific, Creative, Editorial, and other cross-functional teams.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, budgets, forecasts, and resource needs.
• Prepare meeting agendas, status reports, recaps, and follow-up action items.
• Maintain publication records in Datavision or similar publication management systems.
• Support scope changes, change orders, and project reconciliations.
• Assist with Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) review processes and document submissions through systems such as Veeva PromoMats.
• Review materials for accuracy, completeness, compliance, and alignment with client feedback.
• Ensure adherence to agency and client SOPs, industry regulations, and quality standards.
• Participate in client meetings, congresses, advisory boards, and speaker programs as needed.
• Maintain organized project records and perform additional duties as assigned.
