A leading international law firm is seeking a Client Engagement Manager to enhance client relationships and drive strategic initiatives. This role plays a key part in advancing the firm’s commitment to client service excellence by managing client feedback programs, supporting client service teams, and delivering impactful training. This role will be hybrid and can sit in NYC, D.C., or Chicago.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead client feedback initiatives, analyze trends, and deliver insights to strengthen client relationships and service delivery.
• Support client service teams by facilitating strategic planning sessions, managing client data, and coordinating relationship-building initiatives.
• Collaborate with business development, innovation, and marketing teams to implement client-centric strategies and value-added services.
• Design and deliver training programs that promote a culture of client service excellence across the firm.
• Utilize CRM and project management tools to track client interactions and provide data-driven insights.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior leadership, highlighting client service metrics and growth opportunities.
• Oversee client engagement content development, including internal resources, newsletters, and client-facing materials.
• Support high-profile client events and firm-wide initiatives to foster client loyalty and showcase firm capabilities.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of client engagement, business development, or marketing experience, preferably in a legal or professional services environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate client feedback into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities with a track record of influencing senior stakeholders.
