Job summary

NextLabs is seeking a Client Engagement Manager to lead deployment of complex data-centric security solutions for strategic customers. You will manage end-to-end implementation, coordinate technical teams, and ensure successful delivery and stakeholder alignment.

The ideal candidate brings strong enterprise software project management experience, hands-on technical knowledge, and the ability to balance formal processes with practical leadership in a global scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
• 8+ years of customer facing/liaison experience.
• 4+ years’ work experience as technical manager and/or technical project manager in enterprise software.
• Proven experience managing technically complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Hands-on project management including risk assessment and delivery quality.
• 2+ years of experience in GRC and Security space.
• Experience with SAP technologies and related tools desirable.
• 5+ years of hands-on software development including ABAP/SQL/REST APIs/Java/C++.

NextLabs is looking for a highly motivated

CLIENT ENGAGEMENT MANAGER

who is passionate about developing complex solutions for our strategic customers using NextLabs Data-centric Security software suite. The ideal candidate must have strong enterprise software deployment or consulting experience and will be responsible for leading and managing deployment of complex projects for our key customers. The candidate will be responsible for the successful delivery and management of the entire project.
The ideal candidate will have successfully delivered projects in enterprise software with hands-on technical implementation knowledge and have the ability to balance formalized project management methods with real-world ‘what it takes’ leadership.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
• 8+ years of customer facing/liaison experience
• 4+ years’ work experience as technical manager and/or technical project manager, preferably from a background in enterprise software product consulting, systems integration
• Proven experience managing technically complex, cross-organizational, multi-stakeholder projects
• Hands-on experience of all aspects of project management (management, team leading, risk assessment, quality of delivery) and in realizing process and technical improvements
• 2+ years of experience in GRC and Security space
• Experience in HANA, S/4 HANA, Fiori, OData, SAP Techno-Functional skills, and SAP Best Practices are desirable
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in software and solution development including - ABAP Programming, SQL Programming, REST APIs, Java / C++, system integration, etc.
• Comprehensive knowledge and practical experience of IT architecture
• Expertise in implementation project life cycles including blueprinting, configuration, testing, cut-over and go-live support
• Demonstrate leadership in general: ability to identify priorities, be decisive, ability to lead strategic topics on a global basis, convince others
• Experience in Cloud technologies
• Expertise to lead and drive presentations to customers/business stake holders/architects
• Ability to understand business requirements and mapping them to functional/technical requirements
