Job summary

Kroll is seeking a Manager-level Client Engagement Lead to join its Discovery & Analytics Solutions practice. This role coordinates matter intake, staffing, schedules, reporting, risk management, and cross-functional alignment across West Coast engagements and global matters.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Sensitive Data Review, the Manager will own engagement governance, maintain dashboards, support financial oversight, and drive timely decisions, with a focus on delivery excellence and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Legal Studies, Communications, Information Technology, or related field.
• Typically 5–7 years of progressive experience in professional services or engagement management.
• Experience leading complex, concurrent client engagements.
• Strong written and verbal communication and executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate new-matter intake, kickoff prep, staffing, and readiness.
• Maintain a centralized engagement tracker with status, milestones, staffing, and risks.
• Lead client and internal meetings, prepare status reports, and ensure follow-up.
• Develop client-ready status materials and track decisions to closure.
• Support resource planning and cross-functional alignment across practices.
• Provide operational and administrative support to senior leadership.
