Job summary

The Engagement Manager leads client engagements, manages scope and contracts, and coaches cross-functional teams to deliver value for health systems.

This client-facing role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and risk management to align with client objectives and drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field; master’s preferred.
• 5+ years of client engagement, project management, or account management experience in professional services.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring alignment of project goals with client needs.
• Oversee the successful delivery of engagements, defining scope, timelines, and deliverables with internal teams.
• Negotiate and manage contracts, statements of work (SOWs), and service agreements; monitor budgets and profitability.
• Lead cross-functional teams and provide coaching and mentorship to ensure high-quality client engagements.
