Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented, dependable, and proactive individual for our full-time marketing position. In this role, you will lead direct contact campaigns, create content, and assist with other marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational and communication skills, hands-on experience with Salesforce and Canva, and a focus on supporting smooth campaigns and ongoing content.

Responsibilities

• Direct Contact Coordination: Work closely with our practice leads and data team to market our services to potential clients.
• Campaign & Content Creation: Create and schedule LinkedIn ads, campaigns, and posts related to the services being offered in the direct contact campaigns.
• Website Support: Assist with website blog posts and other general website maintenance.
• Inventory Management: Manage and maintain promotional materials for the direct contact campaign.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

Technical Proficiency:

• Working knowledge of Salesforce and Canva.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including managing spreadsheets and using formulas).
• Working knowledge of Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.).
