Job summary

Internet Brands is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join the iMatrix team. You will own client relationships, communicate account performance across SEO, paid search, social media, and hosting, and deliver strategies that drive results.

You will manage campaigns, communicate with clients via Salesforce and phone, create content roadmaps, stay up-to-date on best practices, and collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree a plus.
• 1 - 2 years experience in a digital marketing role is a plus.
• 1 - 2 years experience working with Google Analytics & Google AdWords is a plus.
• Google AdWords Certification, preferred.
• Google Analytics Certification, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a world-class client experience that promotes a high level of confidence in iMatrix through service excellence, communication, and product expertise.
• Manage campaign performance and troubleshoot low performing accounts.
• Understand and be able to communicate marketing strategy and digital marketing best practices.
• Communicate with clients via Salesforce, phone, or other electronic mediums.
• Create content marketing roadmaps for clients.
• Collaborate with other teams and departments.
• Identify and take action on client opportunities, potential risks, and other key issues.
• Research, understand, and stay up-to-date on best practices for SEO and PPC methodologies.
• Provide guidance in issues of a technical nature to clients in a non-technical field.
• Adhere to clearly defined standards and expectations in a professional setting.
• Create new and update existing documentation as assigned.
