What You’ll Do
- Operate as a Client Development Lead and Full-Desk Recruiter, focusing on:
- Winning new clients by identifying, targeting, and closing behavioral health providers in your territory, including clinics, therapy practices, nonprofits, and more.
- Placing top talent by sourcing, screening, credentialing, and closing candidates for licensed clinical, administrative, and support roles.
- Managing the full lifecycle from outreach and intake to interviews, offers, and follow-ups, representing The Wilkinson Firm.
- Utilizing proven systems, CRM, ATS, outreach cadences, client proposal documents, and intake templates designed for fast closing.
- Building long-term relationships by earning commissions for ongoing client relationships, placements, and service contracts.
Compensation & Incentives
This role is commission-first with real ownership and uncapped upside:
- Earn 10–15% of net revenue on all closed clients and placements.
- Receive residual commissions for the duration of the client relationship.
- Monthly draw eligibility after closing 2 clients.
- Performance bonuses at 4+ active clients.
- Opportunity to reach six-figure annual earnings by maintaining performance expectations.
Who You Are
- Located in the Atlanta, GA area.
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, healthcare sales, or B2B consulting.
- Thrives on ownership, speed, and earning upside.
- Natural closer comfortable with client sales and candidate outreach.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, seeking autonomy and results-based earnings.
- Passionate about mental and behavioral health, eager to make a difference and build a meaningful book of business.
