YUPRO Placement is seeking a Client Delivery Manager to serve as the primary contact for assigned client accounts while leading full-cycle recruiting, from requisition intake through candidate placement and assignment support.

In this role, you will build strong client relationships, uncover hiring needs, support talent success, and help expand opportunities that connect skilled candidates to meaningful employment. The position offers remote work with periodic on-site client visits.

• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines aligned to current and future client demand while supporting positive outcomes for talent and clients.
• Document client interactions, candidate details, recruitment milestones, and assignment updates accurately in internal systems.

Client Delivery Manager
This is an internal, direct hire position at YUPRO Placement.
This is a remote opportunity limited to select metropolitan areas, including Dallas, TX, and Phoenix, AZ. While the role is primarily remote, it requires approximately 3540% travel for on-site client visit locally.

About this Position

Job Responsibilities

• Manage assigned client accounts as the primary contact for delivery execution, relationship management, requisition intake, and assignment support.
• Conduct proactive outreach with hiring managers, HR partners, and client stakeholders to identify hiring needs, workforce trends, and opportunities for deeper partnership.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate preparation, submissions, placement, and onboarding coordination.

Skills/Requirements

• Experience in recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, account management, HR, or a related client-facing role.
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage clients, uncover needs, and recommend solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions, competing priorities, and fast-moving timelines in a metric-driven environment.
• Comfort using Microsoft Office Suite, online recruiting tools, ATS platforms, and CRM or documentation systems.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills with a commitment to supporting historically overlooked talent.

Additional Information

• Remote, work-from-home role with regular virtual collaboration; however, the position requires approximately 3540% on-site client visits for meetings, relationship-building, and delivery support.

• Monday-Friday schedule encouraged, with occasional flexibility based on client needs and time zone coverage.
• Business casual, professional presence required for client and talent interactions.

Pay/Salary Range

Salary Range: $65,000-$70,000
