The CDS is responsible for helping navigate the set up and maintenance of a regular data feed from a client’s Human Resource data to support all projects within Press Ganey’s Employee Experience business including annual engagement surveys for employees and physicians, milestone surveys (onboarding and exit), and self-serve pulse surveys (and future products). This role works closely with the client to formulate solutions and provide recommendations in accordance with the client’s timeline and unique needs.The CDS partners with upstream requirements owners and downstream operations teams to ensure end-to-end data integration quality, this requires ability to handle large data sets and understand, define and document data configuration requirements.Duties and Responsibilities:Leads clients through ingress of data from client’s HRIS system to PG systems from initial conversations outlining process through testing and finalizing data file and update planAdvises client on how to maximize the value of their partnership with Press Ganey for engagement surveys including employee, physician, and nursing-specific projectsDrafts and maintains data rules to ensure accurate data, identify missing data, and help client update data, as neededAdheres to deadlines to ensure overall client deliverables are executed as scheduledCollaborates with client and internal team to develop plans for sharing data in a timely fashion that ensure accuracy and availability of the data for projectsProvide support for service failures/recoveryAct as an effective member of a team and cross-team product groupPerforms standard data integration configurationsCascades requirements to downstream teams and checks configuration accuracyConfirms requirements accuracy and completeness with upstream teamsUpdates upstream teams of configuration request statusEscalates operational risks and SOP deviations to managersEnsure accurate and timely data integration delivery while adhering to SOPs and quality standardsTrack tasks, mitigate risks, and escalate blockers proactivelyDocument integration decisions and maintain up-to-date recordsQualifications:1-3 years of health care, quality improvement or project management experienceProven excellence in the support and service to complex customers and/or data sets is preferredUse of demonstrated analytical skills to identify, research, and solve complex problems with a sense of urgencyProficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) with demonstrated higher level Excel skills preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to question, probe, and/or challenge clients in order to ensure the client’s ultimate needs are metAbility to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlinesEducation:Bachelor’s degree in a related field is requiredDon’t meet every single requirement? Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered.
