iCapital is seeking a Client Delivery Advocate Analyst to join the Data Solutions team in a fast-paced environment. The role combines finance and technology, focusing on data integrity, client onboarding, and issue resolution across multiple clients and asset types.

Responsibilities include financial reporting, data aggregation, reconciling accounts, analyzing portfolio performance, and developing client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, CS, statistics, math, data science or similar
• Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills; basic database concepts

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain software applications
• Explain portfolio performance results
• Reconcile accounts and resolve breaks/cancels
• Analyze private equity and hedge fund statements for input into system
• Consolidate data from multiple sources
• Provide accurate statements and data entry
• Generate reports
• Resolve data issues with clients and partners
• Onboard clients and set up accounts, training and day-to-day support
• Configure systems for new clients and assets, liaise with vendors for enhancements
