Job summary

Rivell, a Sewell, NJ-based MSP, is seeking a Cybersecurity & Compliance Manager to lead client cybersecurity and regulatory compliance initiatives. You will coordinate questionnaires, risk assessments, and remediation plans across multiple environments, translating complex requirements for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Ideal candidates maintain up-to-date knowledge of HIPAA, PCI DSS, NIST, CIS Controls, and ISO 27001, and collaborate with Rivell's technical teams to address gaps and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, CS, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in governance, risk and compliance (GRC), IT auditing, or MSP/MSSP environments.
• Knowledge of frameworks such as NIST CSF, CIS Controls, HIPAA, PCI DSS, CJIS, CMMC, ISO 27001.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cybersecurity and compliance initiatives across multiple client environments.
• Complete and coordinate cybersecurity questionnaires, vendor risk assessments, and third-party reviews.
• Identify regulatory requirements and map controls to client environments.
• Develop remediation plans, risk registers, and compliance documentation.
• Work with technical teams to implement controls and track remediation progress.
• Prepare clients for audits, assessments, and cyber insurance reviews.
• Maintain policies, procedures, and evidence for audits and compliance verification.
