Responsibilities

• Consolidate and analyze client integration data for new client setup.
• Review and evaluate client creditworthiness using Dun & Bradstreet, credit applications, and other information.
• Analyze vendor payment trends for clients.
• Assemble and summarize data to evaluate creditworthiness and risk.
• Research and verify client addresses and determine invoicing contacts.
• Verify client information related to billing and collections.
• Coordinate with Headquarters Billing and Accounts Receivable to verify invoice locations.
• Collaborate with branch locations to obtain missing information during analysis and integration.
• Identify discrepancies and communicate findings to teams.
• Support accurate client setup and integration processes.
• Foster teamwork and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Assist with developing team members' professional skills.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
