About the Job

The primary responsibilities of the Client Credentialing Specialist include monitoring the progress of files during the onboarding process to ensure client deadlines are met. The Client Credentialing Specialist plays a crucial role in developing client relationships by delivering a positive onboarding experience through effective communication and on time starts for our Domestic and International clients. This role includes daily collaboration with our internal credentialing team and our sales team Recruitment / Account Management.

What You’ll Do
  • Review and submit healthcare providers professional and personal credentials including licenses, certifications, medicals and employment / educational qualifications to ensure that all credentials meet MedPro and Client requirements.
  • Enter documentation into various healthcare compliance systems accurately and efficiently for client review.
  • Consistent daily communication with clients to provide real time updates and gather necessary information / documentation requirements.
  • Ensure credentialing documents received complies with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Identify, develop solutions, and resolve issues related to client credentials, including discrepancies or errors.
  • Be able to successfully work closely with clients via phone calls, while working in an overly email‑reliant setting.
  • Provide guidance to all staff members regarding the credentialing process and client requirements.
  • Develop internal recruitment and account management relationships based on mutual trust and support, so that clients’ needs are met, quickly.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
  • Stay informed and educated on all updates to client’s requirements.
  • Audit all credentialing files prior to starting to ensure healthcare providers are compliant with our agency standards.
  • Completes additional projects as assigned by management

  • Perform other duties as required.
Required Qualifications
  • High school Diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of credentialing experience
  • Salesforce experience is a plus
  • Excellent organization, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • Working knowledge in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook.
  • Working knowledge of the healthcare staffing industry preferred.
  • Proven success in a high‑volume customer service or data entry field.
  • Professional‑level written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changes in regulations.
  • Ability and capacity to successfully prioritize multiple responsibilities and competing priorities
