Position Summary

We are seeking an outgoing, detail‑oriented, and proactive Part‑Time Client Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about health and wellness, sales, and the customer experience.

As a Part‑Time Client Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

• Providing an exceptional client experience through personalized service and hospitality.
• Managing scheduling, client accounts, and administrative duties.
• Driving membership and product sales.
• Assisting in staff training and troubleshooting clinic operations.
• Supporting inventory management and clinic organization.

This position requires excellent communication skills, reliability, professionalism, and the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.

Primary Responsibilities

Client Experience & Sales

• Welcome and assist patients in person and over the phone, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued.
• Sell membership plans, treatment packages, and retail products to help clients achieve their wellness goals.
• Optimize appointment scheduling to maximize efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Process checkouts through the Point of Sale (POS) system and manage appointment bookings.
• Maintain inviting and organized lobby, lounge and treatment areas.
• Anticipate client needs and address any anxieties or concerns with professionalism and care.

Administrative & Clinic Operations

• Maintain accurate patient records, updating personal and financial information as needed.
• Oversee email and phone communication, ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly.
• Assist in the daily operations of the lounge, ensuring all procedures and protocols are followed.
• Help manage clinic inventory and ordering of retail and office supplies.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Sales experience in a service or retail industry (preferably in a membership‑based setting).
• Proven track record of meeting sales goals.
• Strong multitasking, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Experience with EMR/POS systems is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and various software programs.
• Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Hours/Days: Friday & Saturday 9:30am-6:30pm + the possibility of additional days as needed

Compensation: $20/hour + commission
