A day in the life.

As our Client Coordinator on the Business Insurance team, you'll provide assistance to the client service team members in the billing and processing of new and renewal clients. This role is responsible for a variety of daily servicing tasks in support of a designated team or book of business. The ability to work independently and in a team is critical to this role.

• High school diploma or equivalent, required.
• 1+ years of experience working in customer serviceMust be detailed with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and a high sense of urgency.

• Must have the ability to work under pressure and multi-task.

Base Salary & Compensation

The applicable base salary range for this role is $35,600 to $66,200.The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
