It's a role for someone who loves people, takes pride in follow-through, and is excited to work alongside modern tools to deliver a more personal experience.**WHAT YOU'LL DO*** Reach out personally to clients by phone, text, and email around events, new arrivals, special occasions, and seasonal gifting.* Write thoughtful, personal messages that feel like an invitation, not a sales pitch.* Schedule appointments for clients with the right Client Advisor and store, and help reschedule when plans change.* Answer overflow calls and messages with warmth and care, solving simple questions and connecting clients to the right person for everything else.* Keep client information accurate and up to date, and respect each client's communication preferences.* Share what clients are asking for and what's resonating so our team can keep improving.* Use AI-powered tools to work smarter, while making sure every message still sounds genuinely personal.**WHAT YOU'LL BRING*** One to two years of experience in clienteling, sales, concierge, hospitality, client service, or luxury retail; jewelry or luxury experience is a big plus.* A confident, polished phone presence and warm, clear writing.* A knack for personalizing outreach so clients feel known and valued.* Strong organization and the drive to hit daily goals.* Comfort with CRMs, scheduling tools, and new technology, including AI tools.* Discretion and professionalism with high-profile clients and sensitive information.**WORK ENVIRONMENT*** Full-time, remote position.* Schedule follows our store hours (Eastern Time), with some evenings and weekends during busy seasons and events.* A quiet, professional home workspace and reliable high-speed internet are required; occasional visits to our stores may be part of the role.**PAY**$22.50 to $28.25 per hour, based on experience.**HOW SUCCESS IS MEASURED**At Springer's, every role has a clear definition of success. Familiarity with texting and email consent rules is a plus.* Curious about and comfortable using AI tools, with the judgment to know when their output needs a human eye.* Discretion with high-profile clients and sensitive information.* High school diploma or equivalent; coursework or a degree in business, marketing, communications, or hospitality supports success in this role.
